    CUBIC AND BOXER DIAPHRAGM PUMPS

    CUBIC and BOXER diaphragm pumps are known for their high performance, power and sturdiness that make them suitable for pumping fluid with a very high apparent viscosity, of up to 50.000 cps (at 20° C) even when suspended solid parts are present.

    The dry suction capacity from considerable suction heights when the pump is not flooded, together with the possibility to fine-tune the speed without a loss in pressure, flow rate and head, and the possibility of loadless operation without causing any damage, make these pumps extremely versatile.

    The vast choice of composition materials allows you to determine the best chemical compatibility with the fluid and/or the environment without neglecting the temperature aspect. Their construction makes them particularly suitable for severe environments with high humidity or in potentially explosive environments (ATEX certification).

    IM VERTICAL PUMPS

    The vertical centrifugal pumps made in resin are high efficiency pumps for fixed installations with the pump immersed directly in a tank, operated by an electric motor in direct drive (max. 3000 rpm) for rapid emptying of fluid, with a flow rate of from 16 to 55 m3/hour.

    The particular form of construction of this pump, in addition to not using internal mechanical seals (subject to high wear), guarantees that any accidental leakage of the fluid is collected in the tank. The open rotor allows very dirty fluids, with an apparent viscosity of up to 500 cps (at 20°C) and small sized suspended solids, to be pumped with a continuous flow. The choice of the pump's composition materials allows you to determine the best chemical compatibility with the fluid and/or the environment without forgetting the correct temperature field.

    MB HORIZONTAL PUMPS

    The horizontal centrifugal pumps made in resin are high efficiency pumps operated by an electric motor in direct drive (max. 3000 rpm) for rapid transfer and/or emptying of fluid, with a flow rate of from 5 to 55 m3/hour.

    The particular open rotor construction allows fluids, even when very dirty, with an apparent viscosity of up to 500 cps (at 20°C) and with small sized suspended solids, to be pumped with a continuous flow.

    Two versions are available with different internal mechanical seals according to the service: TL = LIP SEAL (in polymer): for light services;
    TS = BELLOW SEALS (in PTFE with silicon carbide and ceramic rings): for more severe services and with very dirty fluids.

    The choice of the pump's composition materials allows you to determine the best chemical compatibility with the fluid and/or the environment without neglecting the temperature aspect.

    TR TRANSFER PUMPS

    The drum pumps are portable and are particularly suitable for the transfer of fluid from drums, even with corrosive Fluids. This pump, immersed in the fluid, does not use internal mechanical seals (subject to high wear), and its construction guarantees that any leakage of the fluid, even accidental, is collected in the tank. The TR pump is available with an electric or a pneumatic motor that are perfectly interchangeable.

    Its open rotor allows continuous flow pumping of clean corrosive fluids with an apparent viscosity of up to 600 cps (at 20°C). The TR-EL pumps, electric motor operated, are equipped with a safety switch to prevent the pump from re-starting accidentally after a voltage drop.

    The choice of the materials of composition of the pump allows you to determine the best chemical compatibility with the fluid and/or the environment without forgetting the correct temperature field.
